Hill Circuits. Dang near cold. Maybe a record low? Long sleeve cotton tee and could have used a pair of gloves for the first few minutes.
Extended Up = 3.40 miles at 8:29 average pace.
Hill Circuits. Five. Going up the hill around 6:30ish. Strides all controlled sub-6:00s topping out high 5:40s. First time up was a little sloppy, but got locked in during first jog interval, zoned out, and was done before I was ready to quit.
Down = 1.42 miles at 8:20 average pace. Recession enters its third day. One penny.
