Post-Race (Medium) Long Run. 90:00 minutes? 10 miles?? Eh, both. In need of quick turnaround over next six days, so skipped lower body lift and kick-started with recovery mow yesterday afternoon. First 50-55 bumpy this morning, but settled in and started to feel smooth again for last 30-35. Other objectives this week: (1) suppress stress, (2) better attention to diet, and (3) avoid armed confrontations with meth-heads 36 hours before start time. Hoping this will produce better racing results. Four quarters, two dimes, two nickels, and thirteen pennies.
