Temp 45 Winds Calm.

AT Tempo Intervals. Recovery in a good place; however, expect some quick(er) muscle fatigue due to heavy lift on Sunday. Thinking about another 4-6 weeks of adaptions and will no longer be an issue. Early start ahead of long, long work day. Cramming a lot into little space of time. Jog 1.48 miles to bottom of Russell Street hill at 8:28 average pace. Hit four hill sprints to prime.

Primary workout is 2 x 12:00 minute AT tempos with a 3:00 minute jog interval. First 12:00 at 7:12 average pace in City Park on wide, well lit streets. Felt pretty good. Second 12:00 at 7:21 average pace on narrow dark trails in and around Brookside Park. Several tight turns to complicate navigation. Was on straight flat stretch on last alert, so went a little long to finish it off. Execution and effort better than final number.

Cool down jog (and standing on side of street waiting for traffic) back to the house. 1.22 miles at 8:48 average pace. Two pennies.

Sending up prayers for Juan Epstein's Mother's turd eating canine Buster. Wishing him a speedy recovery from his over priced Milk Bone procedure.
