Temp 55 Winds Calm.
Long Run Workout. Extended warm-up of 25+ minutes. Jogging and two "primer" laps. Workout is two tempo intervals at AT. First one of 12+ minutes at 7:40 average pace, 2:15 minutes to jog a lap, then another 14+ at 7:34 average pace. Finish with 50+ minute tour of the town.
Valuable lesson learned yesterday in the local running community...fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go about attempting to run 55 miles. In other news, it keeps adding up. Another dollar bill, three quarters, two dimes, two nickels, and three pennies.
