Strides. Supposed to be tempo day. Sluggish and in a brain fog with a lot going on at work next few days. Not in right frame of mind to focus on sustained effort and concerned wouldn't be paying sufficient attention to traffic. Eight laps of 100m strides with jog/walk recoveries on the turns. One nickel.
