Progressive TM Tempo (20/20/20 Format). Cindy's remnants sends me downstairs to Bram's 24-Hour Fitness:
Warm-Up = Progressive 20:00 minutes with deck at 1.0%. Started at 6.4 mph and finished at 7.4 mph.
Tempo = Progressive 20:00 minutes with deck at 1.5%. First 4:00 minutes at 8.0 mph (7:2X) then progressing every couple of minutes to finish at 8.8 mph (6:4X).
Cool Down = Deck back at 1.0% and ran 5:00 minute intervals at 7.0 mph with core work.
