Workout = 2 x 8:00 Minutes (7.4 mph to 8.0 mph) with 2:00 Minute Jog Interval. Second one much easier than first as TM muscle memory improves. Switched from A8s to A6s after 12:00 minute warm up. The different fit of the A8s did not feel comfortable at slower belt speed or during the 2 x 0:30 primers at 8.0 mph. Didn't want to risk flying off at higher speed.
Probably not getting outside this coming week, and next weekend's race is a no-go, so blasted my legs...as in 59-year old blasting, not 20-30 something blasting.
