Temp 34 (30) Wind 3 mph.
Speed / Strength. Balmiest feeling 34° in my lifetime. Originally a hill repeat day. Deerwood Drive can be dicey any given morning; with fog its best to steer clear all together. Instead, will work with the terrain in Williams Addition.
Warm Up -- Jog to the track and take two laps of surging with walk or jog recoveries. Back out the gate, and over to the corner of Orchard Drive and Broadridge.
Workout -- 4 x hill circuits. Intervals of 0:30 seconds up, 0:30 seconds down, a stride at the bottom, with jog recoveries in between each.
Cool Down -- About a 20:00 minute route back to the house through the park. Two more pennies.
