AT Tempo Intervals on Track. Tempo Intervals: 6:35 minutes @ 8:00 average pace / 8:35 minutes @ 7:35 average pace / 8:47 minutes @ 7:57 average pace. Left turns the faster one, right turns on the two "slower" ones. Rolled my ankle couple minutes into 20:00 cool down jog...probably won't know what happens with that until in the morning. One penny.
