Notes

Short, easy stationary bike ride in middle of mixture of recovery and acillary stuff. Stretching, pitchford stretches, static and dynamic windmills, core exercises, lunges, ankles, calfs, shins, and 100 Ups x 2.

Very encouraged with progress of pelvis/groin since HM. Was able to go from sitting to laying position without wanting to scream after both trail run and long run this weekend. Have not been able to do that since July. Starting to get excited about possibility of training pain free by end of year and racing healthy in 2012. Cross fingers.
