Temp 78 (81) Wind 8-10 mph.
Warm-Up and Cool-Down for D-A 5K. With kehamm on out and back on last mile+ of course. Headwind going out and expecting a tailwind coming back on Byrd. However, it feels like its in our faces? Not sure what's going on here unless swirling with farm field, single tree line, and houses on south side of street.
About ten minutes of drills and strides. Strides only topping in high 6s. Not sure if this is cause for concern, but chalk it up to us being confined to an alley...granted, it was a high-class alley.
Post race cool down with kehamm. Very short (1.23 miles) and very slow (9:34). We're both overheated and fried.
