Hill Repeats. Warm with some off and on raindrops. Work out the tightness in my hips and calfs on the warm up jog and ready to roll at the civic center. Meet up with BM1976 to introduce him to 90-second hill repeat workout. Four reps of 0:90 seconds up, jog down, walk, then start a new rep every 5:00 minutes. Moving smooth on the way back to the house. One penny.
