Track Intervals. In racing flats first time since February to refresh muscle memory. Jog to track and take two laps to prime. Workout was 2 x 200 with 200 jogs (didn't time), 2 x 300 with 100 jogs (Ave Paces = 6:22 / 6:38), and 2 x 400 with 200 jogs (Ave Paces = 6:20 / 6:32). Flipping directions after each rep, slow on left turns this morning. Easy jog back to house. Sweating a gusher. One nickel.
