Long Run with Stuff. Base from Jr. High parking lot. Jog around town for about 40:00 minutes to warm up. Go immediately into workout:

1) 9:00 Minutes at AT on track. Average 7:41.

2) 9:00 Minutes at AT on hills. Average 7:53.

3) 10:00 Minutes at AT on hills. Average 7:38.

4) 1200 at 15K/10K on track. Average 6:49.

Three minute jog intervals after first two AT intervals. Short 1:37 jog interval after last AT effort. Purposely backed a couple of ticks off AT effort this morning to guarantee spot on "zone time".

Back out on the town for about another 40:00 minutes to finish. Quarter and three pennies. They're setting up for Nolan 5K at soccer field. CBEGM feeling charitable this year after OA wins in 2016 and 2017. Giving someone else a turn in 2018.
