Long Run w/ 8 x Hill Sprints. Dialing it back this morning. Nearly eight hours on my feet yesterday walking around zoo; some of it hauling an extra 30+ pound load. Bottom of feet are raw. However, could not help but take note of how very, very few dads (and moms) looked physically able to have lugged their 5-year old around as much as this 57 year old gramps.
Jogged to park at 9:14 average pace. Hit 8 x hill sprints. Finished the morning with another 90:00 minutes of hilly jogging at 8:37 average pace. Had planned on another 10:00-15:00 minutes, but humidity was kicking my ass. Two quarters, three dimes, two nickels, and sixteen pennies.
Time to wait and hear the word on CBEGM co-founder's latest 80%.
