1) Warm up with 12:00 progressive minutes with belt at 1.0%.
2) 4 x 9:00 at 7.6 mph / 7.7 mph / 7.9 mph / 8.1 mph. Jog intervals of 3:00 at 7.0 mph. Belt at 1.5%.
Good use of funds.
