Push ups, incline bench, pull ups, overhead extensions, cable extensions, bridges, crunches, sciatic PTs, flossing, and rolling.
Lot of running, lifting, burning, farming, and construction accomplished on Sunday. May have been all for naught. Considering the suspected purpose of the 8:30 a.m. "special session" this morning; possibility that we'll all be dead by the end of the month.
