Long Run Workout. (1) 20:00+ jogging, (2) 5 x hill sprints, (3) 23:00+ hilly AT tempo at 8:07 average pace with 200 jog interval, (4) ladder intervals of 800 / 600 / 400 / 200 with 100 jog intervals at average paces of 7:03 / 7:13 / 6:52 / 6:53, and (5) 40:00+ minutes of jogging. Perhaps next time will focus only on running my 600 instead of trying to do math in my head at the same time...?? Pittance for a Saturday, but did manage a cycle. Quarter, dime, nickel, and five pennies.
