Training Plan = 30-70 Easy. Opt for 30. Could have snuck this in outdoors, but temps and wind-chill in mid to low 40s, so throw on a thermal shirt and run on TM under flood lights to maintain heat acclimation. Progressive minutes with deck at 1.0%.
