Temp 40 (36) Wind 6 mph.
Easy 40:00-50:00 Minutes. At age 50, did things the day(s) after a race that toughened me up. Last year, at age 55, those same things (a) at best buried me, or (b) at worst put me out of commission. Will no longer be doing those things.
Mild soreness and fatigue evenly disbursed. Hip and calf tightness. No signs of a "beat down". Went out at 9:0X. Came in at 8:1X. Two quarters, a dime, three nickels, and seven pennies.
