54:00 Minutes Easy with Three Striders. Thunder, lightning, and ugly looking radar. Head downstairs for a session on The Beast. Heavy stuff taking a break when I come off, so head out on the street for my striders. Still some lightning all around and overhead. Couple of strikes a little too close for comfort. Got them done and got back in to safety.
