Temp 69 Winds Calm.

Run/Walk. Dynamic stretch out with added emphasis on sciatic PTs and core. Walked for about 12:00 minutes before attempting a 50/50 (light pole to light pole) run/walk. Started to feel tightness, some in hip and more in lower right leg on third run interval. Did a few more and wasn't getting any worse, so tried a 2/1. Was too much, so stopped and walked another 8:00 minutes before heading in.

Had to drop car off for repairs, so went ahead and got more time on my feet by walking back to the house. Another 2.45 miles. Off and on symptoms of tightness around lower leg. Above the ankle, below the calf. Front, outside, and back. Little toe numb at times. Some minor tightness in right knee here and there also. No "pain" to speak of, and calf never so much as twinged all morning. Everything will get better when it gets better... Quarter and ten pennies.
