Long Run. Plain ole long run this morning, so head to MoRunCo and jump in with a group. Schmiz & Ashley, JW, LS, and Stephen Schott. Guys going 8, girls going 14. Couple of minutes of drills and strides before we start. First eight with the guys on a river loop, then catch up to the girls and finish last six with an out-and-back on the LaCroix Trail. Heat and humidity not too bad until last 20:00 or so when the sun finally poked through the cloud cover. A one dollar bill and a nickel.
