Temp 73 Winds Calm.
Recovery Day. Run / walk intervals with objective of running for 20:00 minutes of that time symptom free. Back is tender again.
1) Warm-Up: Walk 0.77 miles in 12:00 minutes.
2) Run/Walk: 2.75 miles in 28:00 minutes.
3) Cool-Down: Walk 0.74 miles in 12:00 minutes.
Run intervals = 2:00 / 2:00 / 4:00 / 6:00 / 6:00. Hip wanted to get tight here and there, HS at tie-in point tried to join in once on an incline. Otherwise just fine and no issues at all below the knee.
