Strict with spot on effort start to finish. Think the watch was acting up. Ran nearly five miles at 9:30-9:15 pace, then all of a sudden kicked into an 8:38?? Bonus rolling and wobble board post-run. Week's off to a much better start than the last. Quarter, three dimes, and two pennies.
