Temp 41 Winds Calm. Some fog.
Started with 12:00 minute recovery spin. Finished with 40:00 minute recovery run. Break in starts for Brooks Launch Round 3. Physically, feel amazing compared to four to five days ago.
Came through park last night sometime between 6:00-7:00 p.m. Activity in every parking lot and venue. Those folks were messy but generous. Quarter, three dimes, and seven pennies. Skater boys and girls trashed their place, but they left me a dollar bill. Fourth one in 2012. $1.62 for a Monday is a good day's work.
