Long Run Workout. (1) 20+ minute jog to the park @ 9:25 average pace, and (2) 6 x Hill Sprints. Messed up lap button on watch, so is estimates. (3) 16+ minute jog to the track @ 9:05 average pace, (4) One primer lap with two strides, (5) 3 x 8:00-9:00 minute AT tempo intervals with 45-50 second jogs, all around 7:50-7:45 average pace, and (6) Another 45:00 minutes jogging. Three dimes, a nickel, and eleven pennies.
