One of those nasty fall mornings for which Bram's 24-Hour Fitness exist. Full dynamic stretch out with sciatic PTs, balance exercises, and push ups. General fitness circuit starting on TM, then upper-body lifting, core, and back on TM for recovery. Perpetual movement start to finish repeating three times before ending with one last TM. Static stretching to finish. A productive and relaxing hour that would bury most twenty-somethings.
