Buffering Run. Little windy, but all-in-all an awesome morning. Lunges, hip flexor kicks, and donkey kicks post Friday hill work. Got in some recovery mowing, but legs still a tad tired. Several pennies (7) and the skater boys left me a quarter. At $1.15 for the week. Off to race timing class.
