Temp 29 (WC 21) Wind 8 mph.

Recovery Workout. Stretching and HS PT. Out for something less than 40:00 to keep it a recovery run. 15:00 minutes of jogging, stopped for a few more static stretches, then did a low-impact drill set with four short but progressive striders. Easy jog on home. Legs a little tired from yesterday, but no real soreness to speak of. Much more flexibility than a typical day after. Could have done a lot more this morning, but just because "I could" is not a green light to go ahead and "do". Bike day on Monday, fresh for intervals on Tuesday.

Warmest 21 degree wind-chill in recent memory. Chocolate chip Clif Bar w/ all-natural crunchy peanut butter spread on top. Chasing with a stawberry milk. Got a pretty good morning going here.
