2) Three Mile AT Tempo. Rolled a few hills, then finished with a flat loop. 3.09 miles in 22:50. Overall average of 7:24 with splits of 7:24 / 7:24 / 7:23 / 0:39 (7:20).
3) LT Intervals. 2 x 1200 (average paces of 6:54 / 6:42) and 1 x 1600 (6:38) with 400 jog intervals.
