Temp 37 (32) Wind 6 mph.
Recovery Run. Out the door and moving effortlessly smooth before hitting the end of the block. Probably could have ran 7:55 average pace at the same effort. Probably would have if I were young and stupid, or if I were running with a group of local 24-minute 5Kers. Did start to tighten up some in the cold, frosty morning air heading home. Three dimes, and nickel, and four pennies.
