Temp 51 Wind 6 mph.
Recovery Run with Drills and Strides. Woke up with a "good" sore after yesterday. Walked for 10:00 minutes to warm up and another 10:00 minutes to cool down.
(1) 2.25 miles @ 8:43 average pace. (2) Same drill set as earlier in the week plus two striders. Relaxed sub-6s. (3) 2.31 miles at 8:26 average pace. Smooth after the realignment.
Three dimes, a nickel, and eight pennies. Still getting smoked this week by CBEGM teammate after his SC quarter-fest on Tuesday.
