Temp 67 Wind 5 mph.
Easy 50:00. Wake up with a brutal reminder that I'd not done pull ups and chins for a long, long time. Extra emphasis on sciatic PTs and core with dynamic pre-run stretch.
1) Walk a 1.68 mile route to the track in 24:56.
2) First four laps run/walk, then jogged the rest for a total of 5.30 miles.
3) Walk a 1.71 mile route back to the house.
Smooth all the way this morning. All four full running mile splits between 8:49-8:36. Big difference in stress levels between running on concrete and running on the track in Altras. One penny.
