Temp 58 Wind 12 mph.

Medium Long Run with AT Track Tempo. Set up to take today off if needed. Get a "rain window", so its out the door. Am what I'm going to be, so objective next few days will be to stay sharp without overdoing it.

Jog to the track and take one lap for progressive strides on the straights and walking the turns for recovery. Short workout of 10 laps (five in each direction) of AT tempo running. Had periods of having to manage my spunk (especially on the straights) to stay in the right zone. Overall pretty smooth going. Averaged 7:27 for just over 20+ minutes. Five lap average pace splits of 7:29 / 7:25.

Another 45:00 - 50:00 minutes jogging around town. Frying bacon at the armory. Trying the keto diet for PTs?? Not much loot, but did manage a cycle. Quarter, dime, nickel, and a penny.
