Temp 64 Winds Calm.

Extending Run Intervals. Starting in the early afternoon, tension in lower back and right leg begin to ease by the hour yesterday. Have not had any significant calf issues while running or during normal day-to-day activities for 3-4 days now. Only on 14th day from on-set. Extra focus on sciatic and hip mobility during pre-run dynamic stretch out.

1) Drive to park and walk with purpose for just over 13:00 minutes to finish warming up.

2) 0.68 miles of 1:1 at 11:44 average pace.

3) 1.14 miles of 2:1 at 10:34 average pace.

4) 6:00 minutes at 9:11 average pace.

5) 2:00 minute walk interval.

6) 10:00 minutes at 8:55 average pace.

Could feel added stress when (a) running down decline at civic center, and (b) making too sharp of right turns. Otherwise no signs of symptoms whatsoever and generally felt amazing. Could have easily gone another 10:00 minutes or more...all the more reason to stop when I did. Will take a day to let the last two soak, then resume running until I'm ready to resume training.

7) Another hour plus walking and coin collecting. I always pick up coins with my left hand when I'm out moving my feet because it reminds me not to allow myself to become a pathetic, fat-ass tool that has to constantly annoy people to get attention while attempting to gain their acceptance. Four quarters, seven dimes and twenty-five pennies...I will put these in a very safe and special place...
