Temp 32 Winds Calm.

Long Run with Hill Sprints. Pretty dang awesome weather. Looking at about 110:00 minutes as bridge between 2/19/2018 long run and first long run in HM training plan that starts next week. Jog for about 15:00 minutes to start. Stop for 8 x hill sprints. Finish with about 90:00 minutes more, mostly on the Hubble Creek Trail. More pop than the coordination to control it at all times. Quarter and seven pennies.
