Track Intervals. Little extra warm up. Workout = 4 x 600 with 200 Jogs. Two in each direction. Average 600 paces: 6:44 / 6:26 / 6:41 / 6:43. One layer too many and overheated. Didn't have any sharp, quick turnover without forcing it. Otherwise execution OK. Nickel and a penny.
