Long Run. Yesterday's storms and rain have me off schedule. Wanted to do this on Sunday, and wanted to do this on streets. Can't always get it all gift wrapped, so out to do what needs to be done. Back to cool and foggy. Low fog so thick on south end of track that glare from parking lot lights made it impossible to see more than 12-15 feet ahead for first 20:00 minutes of 3/4s effort.
20:02 of jogging to start. Over to track and took a lap to make sure it was clear. Going 50:00 minutes at 3/4s effort today. Will flip directions after 25:00 minutes. 7:20 (out fast first 400, checked watch again at first mile split, then ran the rest blind) / 7:24 / 7:09 (the switch clicked on) / 7:07 / 7:05 / 7:05 / 6:45 (which is...7:05). Finished up with a 2.17 mile jog home in 20:35.
