Fast Twitch Day. Life schedule makes for a day off before and after this workout. Will take advantage of the anomaly to add some "one week only" volume and intensity. Air has a nice blend of humidity, pollen, and bugs.
Up = 2.00 miles at 7:25 average pace.
6 x 12-14 second hill repeats leaving the starting line every 2:10.
Jog to the track = 1.76 miles at 7:36 average pace.
Strength Endurance Circuit = Strides, springing, bounding, and jump squats.
Down = 1.67 miles at 7:26 average pace. Eight-plus hours of windshield time yesterday; this was very therapeutic. These shoes and my feet are starting to become good buddies. Quality stuff in the bank this morning and three pennies along the way.
