Temp 66 Wind 8 mph. Humidity 98%.
Easy 40:00 Minutes with Strides. In between the storms. Ran on the bike trail, but little to no lighting. Eyes would get dilated just in time for the next vehicle to blind me with headlights before flying by at 60 mph on a 45 mph road. Surprised a large deer, heard some pissed off snorting, but could not see well enough in darkness to tell if it was standing its ground or charging. Turned around and headed the other way myself. Look back to see its white ass headed back into the woods. Saved its life and saved some motorist a $500 deductible.
Not much room for strides in parking lot, so did six short ones instead to normal four longer ones. Turnover already sub 6:30. Usually doesn't happen anymore until Friday, or sometimes even, race day morning.
