Tune-Up Run. Wishing now that I'd put off reincorporating "XX Ups" into my lower body strength workout. Stretched some things out in my ankle and dinged my knee. Little scared yesterday, much better today. Not as smooth due to sluggishness from cutback week, but muscles freshening up right on schedule. First run in new pair of A5s and took about 80-100 miles for my last pair to fit as well as this pair.

Jogged 2.51 miles at 8:24 average pace, then finished with three striders. Two up small incline, and one down. Was looking for a comfortable, sustainable 5K effort. First one 6:20ish, then last two hovering between 6:05-5:57. That would work just fine. No issues with ankle and knee seemed to "realign" itself after a few minutes into run.
