Sunday Long Run with Hill Sprints. Round One in Jax. Jog for 23:XX minutes before stopping for 8 x hill sprints. Been a long while since hill sprints have felt this strong or have been able to make it to the finish line this fast. Another couple of miles jogging to get back to the house. Had the town to myself...only one motor vehicle and zero runners/walkers.
Over to CG for CBEGM executive meeting and Round Two. Another 8+ of slow jogging and coin collecting. Eighty-seven cents after the split.
