Temp 26 (14) Wind 16 mph.
Treadmill Tempo. Originally a higher volume, AT tempo day. Don't always get what you want. Track is still ice / snow covered and streets are only almost all clear...tempo runs in the dark on streets that are "almost all clear" will put you hard on your ass in a blink. Will stay indoors for the workout with slight increase in intensity and reduction in volume to avoid too much of a TM beat down before the weekend.
Did head outside for warm-up. About 12:00 minutes of jogging and another 10:00 minutes of drills and strides. Had to dress for the wind rather than the air temp. Came back in the house with a "Schmiz-Sweat" going.
