Afternoon TM Run. Warmed up with PTs, rolling, and 3:00 minutes on the bike.

TM Workout -- 22:00 Minutes with 5% Incline:

6:00 Minutes @ 7.0 mph

4:00 Minutes @ 8.0 mph

1:00 Minute @ 9.0 mph

3:00 Minutes @ 7.0 mph

4:00 Minutes @ 8.0 mph

2:00 Minutes @ 9.0 mph

2:00 Minutes @ 7.0 mph

Some tightness (calf) at 8.00 mph. Subsided with correcting stride. No issues at 7.0 mph or 9.0 mph.

Finished the day with lower body lift. Two super-sets of deadlifts, leg curls, and close-stance squats. Light - medium weight. Will call this weekend a "win" and take tomorrow off to let it soak in.
