Temp 43 (40) Wind 4 mph.
About 5:00 minutes in right calf and left hip cramped. Hip began to sting and felt like it wasn't tracking right in socket. Calf eased up, but hip stinging increased, so ran/walked for about 5:00 minutes, then headed back inside. Has felt like it needed to "pop" at times when working out in the a.m. for past week. Dang, hope I didn't screw something up while "resting"?
