Considered doing my regular Saturday workout on the TM, then wondered what was the point of pounding myself for 10-12 miles over 90+ minutes when the meat and potatoes of this week's workout is only 21:00 minutes. Will be able to run outside again tomorrow. Ended up getting on, warming up, taking care of business, cooling down, and getting off.
12:00 Minutes Warm Up Jogging / 14:00 Minutes Cool Down with Deck at 1.0%.
Workout (Deck at 1.5%):
6:00 Minutes Progressive 7.8 mph to 8.2 mph.
2 x 0:45 Seconds at 8.8 mph.
2 x 0:45 Seconds at 9.0 mph.
1 x 2:15 Minutes at 9.2 mph.
1 x 2:15 Minutes at 9.4 mph.
1 x 2:15 Minutes at 9.6 mph.
**0:45 Second Jog Intervals at 7.0 mph**
