AT Tempo on Flat Roads. Few surges in 20:00 minute warm up jog. Tempo for 20:00 minutes at 7:55 average pace. Splits = 8:01 / 7:50 / 4:09 (7:49). Not very coordinated this morning and never really got rolling. Another 20ish minutes of easy jogging to cool down.
