At Tempo. Woke up a bit "puny". Same feeling right before getting sick or after a night or two of insufficient sleep. Hopefully, its the ladder. Start with a jog to the track. One and a half primer laps of surges/strides on the straights.
Start tempo with three laps one the track. Mile one split 7:37. Out the gate and roll some hills in The Orchards: 7:52 / 7:50. Finish up on the track: 4:26 (7:26). Overall = 27:46 minutes @ 7:43 average pace.
Easy jog straight back to the house. One quarter.
