AT Tempo Intervals (Track). Mediterranean pasta salad from Family Market didn't make it too far south overnight. Pulled the container out of the trash to check for a date. None. Little concerned heading out into a cool breeze and a mist. About 15:00 minutes to warm up including one lap on the track with strides on the straights.
